Fitting your case
It takes about 30 seconds. Every button still works through the case.
Start at the top
Push the top of the remote into the top of the case first, so the buttons line up with the holes.
Stretch over the bottom
Gently stretch the silicone over the bottom end of the remote until it sits flat all round.
Fit the strap
Thread the wrist strap loop through the hole at the bottom of the case and pull it through.
Glow-in-the-dark cases
The Luminous Green and Luminous Blue cases charge up under normal room light and glow softly once the lights go off. The longer they sit in the light, the longer they glow.

Frequently asked questions
Which remote does it fit?
The Sky Q EC060 non-touch, non-voice remote. It does not fit the Sky Q touch remote, Sky Glass, Sky Stream or Sky+ HD remotes.
Do I need to take the batteries out?
No. Fit the case with the batteries in. To change batteries later, peel the bottom of the case back.
How do I clean it?
Take the remote out and wash the case in warm soapy water, then let it dry fully before refitting.
Can I buy the remote and case together?
Yes, our Sky Q remote and case bundle works out cheaper than buying both separately.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery is £1.55 by Royal Mail 2nd Class (2–3 working days), and free on orders over £9. Express is £6.00 by Evri Next Day (1–2 working days), and free on orders over £30. Order before 4:30pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same working day.
What if it is not right, or it is faulty?
You have 30 days to return it in new condition. If it is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will refund or replace it with no return postage to pay. For other returns, the return postage is yours.
What is in the box?
One silicone case in your chosen colour and one wrist strap. The remote is not included.
